The Leeds West Indian Carnival is a fun and lively event with music, dance, costumes, food and entertainment.
The Leeds Carnival happens every year on the bank holiday weekend in August , with the main event being on the Bank Holiday Monday. On this page you will find information about the carnival to help make it more accesible, especially for people with dissabilities. On the right, is a colouring in sheet. You can print it off at home and then colour it in to create wrist bands and a headress as part of a carnival costume.
Below is an example of how you might colour your costume in. If you have a colour printer, you may wish to print this of instead of colouring in.
